Delete Your TeeBot7 Data
You can permanently delete your TeeBot7 account, and the information tied to it, at any time.
Option 1: Delete it in chat (fastest)
Works on SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and Apple Messages.
- Open your chat with TeeBot7 and send
delete account. - TeeBot7 asks you to confirm. Reply
YESwithin 10 minutes, or tap Yes, delete it all. - Your account is deleted immediately, and TeeBot7 confirms it in the chat.
If you use TeeBot7 on more than one app and linked them, all of them are deleted together.
Have Premium? Cancel your subscription first so you aren't charged again: send premium in the chat for your cancellation link, then send delete account. You can also email us and we'll handle both.
Option 2: Ask us by email
Email info@teebot7.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Tell us which app you use TeeBot7 on, and your phone number or your username on that app, so we can find your account.
Use this option too if you contacted us through a form on our website. We'll confirm and delete your information within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your phone number and the messaging app IDs linked to your account
- Your area, search radius and saved courses
- Your search alerts and the booking links we created for you
- Any mobile number you gave us for alerts
- Stored messages and usage events tied to your account
- Your subscription status on our side
What we can't delete from here
- Chat history in the messaging app. The app you use keeps its own copy of your conversation. Delete the conversation in that app to remove it.
- Payment records. Stripe, our payment processor, keeps billing records as the law requires.
- Server logs and backups. These are deleted automatically within 30 days.
